As a result of the evolving and expanding pandemic and recent declaration of public health emergency in Alberta, our policies and clinical procedures have been modified to strive towards safe working environments for our staff and for the health and wellness of you and your pets.
Veterinary Clinics are deemed an essential service hence we will remain OPEN under these restrictions.
Do you need pet food or prescription medication?
Please call or text ahead to ensure we have what you need and we will get it ready. Please inform us in advance if you are sick or have COVID-19 exposure risk and are picking up the goods.
When you arrive at the hospital to pick up - call or text us.
We will let you know when to meet us at the front doors for your food/meds. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card.
Do you need an appointment?
Please call ahead for an appointment time.
Call from your vehicle when you arrive for the appointment. We will obtain necessary information and ask questions about your pet's health over the phone.
We will call or text you when it's time to bring your pet to the door in a carrier or on a leash and a staff member will receive and bring your pet into the clinic for a physical exam (please let us know in advance if your pet is fearful or aggressive so we can minimize stress using oral sedation and/or other techniques).
Once the exam is complete we will call/message you with treatment option, discuss recommendations, and proceed accordingly.
We will review the invoice with you over the phone/text and then notify you to meet us at the front doors to collect credit card or debit payment and delivery any medication or nutritional products. Staff will then discharge your pet and deliver the pet to you
Extraordinary circumstances such as euthanasia, may alter the above procedures. Please contact our staff for details.
We also encourage you to use our online store to order pet food, treats, or retail products direct to your door (you must register before you can place orders or see prices).
