Dr. Kristina Wicks

I decided by the age of 4 that I was going to be a veterinarian. This goal was achieved when I graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. I gained experience in a variety of areas and hospital settings, prior to having the pleasure of joining the Dog & Cat Hospital in October 2009.I enjoy the challenge and variety of small animal medicine, with a special interest in ultrasound, acupuncture and any type of surgery. What I love most about the Dog & Cat Hospital is the professional level of care, the incredible team members and work environment. My home is shared with my dog, Onyx and 2 cats, Charlie and Walter. I enjoy spending time with my 4 – legged crew, yoga, running, painting/drawing and traveling.
